Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within thirty days of placing your order for a prompt refund or exchange.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to do so. Just follow the instructions below:
- Click Here to complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.
- Once you receive your RMA Number, include a copy of the completed RMA form in the box.
- Mail the item back via the United States Postal Service (USPS) in unused condition with original tags and box in a prepaid traceable method to the address below:

- Keep a copy of your shipment tracking number for your records.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of used items.
Refunds and exchanges for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the
original payment type minus any shipping and handling charges. Customers requesting a refund for an item that received free
shipping and handling will be credited in the same form as the original payment type minus a $9 flat fee to cover shipping
charges incurred by The Little Shoe Boutique. This fee does not apply on exchanges or orders that did not receive free shipping.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as obtaining a return label. LitteShoeBoutique.com does not
guarantee wear or tear or any damage that occurs after the shoes are worn. Sale priced items can only be exchanged or a store
credit will be applied. If a sale item is marked "Final" it is a final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Your refund or
exchange will be issued when the item is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (typically within 2-3 business days of
receipt), Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit
is applied for it to post to your account. Return items postmarked after 30 days of receipt are not accepted and will be
returned at the customer's expense. The Little Shoe Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Note:
Returns over $200 will be issued a refund for the initial $200 and a store credit on the amount beyond $200.
